Orlando’s AdventHealth University became a pioneer of online education in 2001 and underwent a rebrand in late 2018. They turned to Ideabar to redesign and modernize their website experience to match the new brand identity, improve engagement of prospective students, improve the student support experience, and update their back-end CMS functionality. Ideabar worked closely with AHU’s team to understand the digital media strategy, audience personas and develop success metrics for the website. Ideabar completed an extensive website audit and stakeholder interviews to inform our approach.
Ideabar developed the new website, complete with new UX, re-imagined navigation structure and page design. To encourage deeper user engagement, we enhanced the blog content, installed a chatbot and built an interactive tuition calculator – complete with an easy management system for ongoing updates.
