The Village at Gulfstream Park is South Florida’s premier home design, dining, shopping and entertainment destination, anchored by the legendary Gulfstream Park racetrack. With a property facelift underway, the Village needed a vibrant and energetic campaign to attract boutique retailers and chef-driven restaurants. Our goal was to develop a campaign that communicates the key points of difference and encourages tenants that this is the place they want to be.
Moving Markets:
The “Always Current” campaign highlights one of the center’s key benefits – wide-open spaces for shoppers – throughout all executions. The design and messaging strategy exceeded the client’s expectations, especially considering the real-time adjustments needed to launch in June 2020 during the pandemic.
