The effects of COVID in early 2020 hit Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC) hard, with statewide lockdowns impacting gift store sales and relevance for the local community. Ocean conservation and the sea turtle population rely on LMC’s research and hospital despite the facility closure during lockdown. As LMC embarked on its Annual Fund in Q4, the nonprofit had big goals to ensure their important work had proper funding.
