After purchasing Abacoa Town Center, with more than 9,000 square feet of restaurant, retail and office space, FLF Holdings was faced with an outdated brand presence, empty storefronts and lagging traffic.
Ideabar reimagined the property with a new name, logo, brand guide book and messaging architecture. Custom photography captured the energy and community the new owners wanted to convey and was incorporated into a newly designed website and social media strategy.
Ideabar successfully rebranded Downtown Abacoa, helping to increase and attract new tenants and resident foot traffic. The repositioning of the property improved occupancy rates from under 40% to a vibrant center that is now over 90% leased.
