In Palm Beach, dinner and dancing is about more than just good food and the right DJ. After Cucina, the island’s favorite restaurant and nightclub, got a significant renovation, the owners called on Ideabar for help in attracting new patrons as well as restaurant regulars. Branding work with the team informed an integrated digital campaign – organic social, paid social, SEM, email marketing and a menu redesign. All components were designed to communicate to an in-the-know crowd that Cucina was the place to be.
Moving markets
Phone calls to the restaurant went up 21%. Total menu click conversions increased 29.7% month over month. Social content performed 67% over the Facebook benchmark of .90% CTR. The digital campaigns accounted for 13% of total website traffic and 18% of all online menu clicks.
