Ideabar supports patients and their caregivers living with neurocognitive disorders with Alzheimer’s Community Care partnership

Ideabar is partnering with Alzheimer’s Community Care to reimagine the non-profit’s online presence. Alzheimer’s Community Care provides community-based, family-centered care for patients and their caregivers living with neurocognitive disorders, through the belief that, where there is help, there is hope.

The COVID-19 pandemic has underscored the importance of access to information around the clock, particularly for essential services such as those provided by Alzheimer’s Community Care.  With a new and improved website, the nonprofit will better be able to interact with the community it serves and demonstrate its impact in a three-county area and across the state. New features will include automation to simplify manual processes and communication.

“We believe in non-profit organizations who share our passion for changing lives. Personally, our team members have been affected by Alzheimer’s disease, and we applaud the organization’s efforts to provide hope and support for those in our community in need,” said Dana Wardeh, Director of Client Engagement of Ideabar.

“Our organization is an incredible resource to families living with Alzheimer’s,” said Mary Barnes, president and CEO of Alzheimer’s Community Care. “Whether we support them through the specialized day care centers, ID locator services, community education, advocacy or the many other offerings we provide, we aim to bring every family hope with our help. We’re excited to partner with Ideabar to upgrade our online presences so that we can better inform families looking for our help and better interact with the communities we serve.”
